Sales Agent - Commission Based
Focus Wrap Company in Bellmawr, NJ is looking for a commission based sales agent to join our team.
We are currently looking for an experienced commission-based sales agent with in-depth knowledge of various marketing and advertising services.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and most importantly - honest, with varying experience. The agent should have proficient knowledge of various marketing & advertising services that we offer but does not have to include all of them; digital marketing - websites, social media, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, e-mail marketing.
This individual must exercise professionalism and honesty at all times while representing Focus Wrap Company. We take pride in transparency with our clients and making them aware of all possibilities with the marketing and advertising services that we offer and how they can grow their business.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience varies and we do not discriminate if you are good at your job and you align with our objectives
- Experience with various marketing & advertising services (does not have to include all of these);
- Websites/Design
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- PPC Campaigns
- Google Ads
- GMB
- E-mail Marketing
- Commercial Vehicle Wraps
- Brick & Mortar Branding such as storefronts & wall wraps
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities

COMPENSATION AND BENFITS
- This is primarily a remote job. You are never expected to show up in person.
- We are located in Bellmawr, NJ - minutes from Philadelphia.
- Sales agents can use our office at any normal business hours for in-person appointments.
