Customers are responsible for confirming the specific warranty details applicable to their project before making a purchase. Certain jobs may not be covered under this warranty. Final Appearance

Please note that a vehicle wrap is not equivalent to paint. Some imperfections in the material are unavoidable. Minor lifting, even on flat surfaces, is to be expected. When applying vinyl to deep grooves, curves, and/or rivets, some “bubbling,” “lifting,” and “tenting” of the material is inevitable. However, these occurrences will not compromise the effectiveness of the advertisement. Seams will be strategically placed to minimize bubbling and lifting to the greatest extent possible.

Proper cleaning is essential to prolong the life of the wrap. When cleaning, always do so gently. WARNING: Never use a pressure washer on the wrap material, as excessive pressure may cause the material to tear or lift. Additionally, please be aware that prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause gradual fading over time.

12 Month Limited Warranty on Installation

Our vehicle wraps come with a 12-month limited warranty on installation. This warranty covers any significant lifting or bubbling in the material for 12 months from the wrap’s completion date. Premature failure due to cracking, crazing, blistering, or loss of adhesion will also be covered under this warranty if it occurs within the 12-month period. Materials applied over extreme creases or curves may require seams or piecing to prevent failure but are still susceptible to lifting and bubbling, which will not be considered significant deterioration. Minor color fading, chalking, edge lifting, slight gloss reduction, or “tenting” around rivets will not be considered defects and will not be repaired under this warranty.

The 12-month limited warranty does not cover color fading. If repairs are needed due to product failure within the first 12 months, they will be covered by this limited warranty, including both labor and material at no cost. However, the client is responsible for the transportation of the vehicle to and from the repair location, which is not covered under this warranty. The affected area will be replaced with new print, and while seams will be aligned as closely as possible, slight mismatches in images or colors may occur. Please note that vinyl applied by anyone other than our team will void the warranty.

Notification of Claim: To make a warranty claim, the client must notify the vendor in writing or via email within 14 days of noticing material failure. The claim must include the original invoice as proof of purchase, the vehicle’s VIN number, and digital images of the failed product.

Application to Glass: We accept no liability for glass breakage. While glass is susceptible to breakage due to stress from temperature changes—potentially exacerbated by film application—this type of claim has not occurred with our products to date.

Misuse and Natural Disasters: This warranty does not cover products that have been modified or damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or mishandling by the client. For example, graphics are not warranted against premature failure caused by chemical or mechanical means such as vehicle accidents, vandalism, cleaning solutions, paints, solvents, high-pressure washing, mechanical washing equipment, windshield wipers on window perforations, fuel spills, engine exhaust, steam, organic solvents, or other chemicals. Damage from fire, earthquakes, floods, structural failures, lightning, and other natural disasters is also excluded from this warranty. Premature failure due to cracking, crazing, blistering, or loss of adhesion will be considered a warranty breach if it occurs within the warranty period. Replacement graphics will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product. Minor fading, chalking, edge lifting, or slight gloss reduction in both cast and calendered films, or “tenting” around rivets in cast films, will not materially detract from the appearance and will not be deemed a breach of warranty.

Vehicle Paint
We are not liable for any damage to the vehicle’s paint. Most wrap films will not harm vehicles paint and are designed for clean removal within four years, without leaving any residue. However, vehicles with damaged, deteriorating, or failing paint will void any warranty. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle’s paint is in good condition prior to installation.

Manufacturer Warranty

Depending on the specific application, a range of films may be utilized. Premium vehicle wrap films generally offer a life expectancy ranging from 2 to 10 years for outdoor-rated use. To clarify, horizontal surfaces, such as roofs, hoods, the tops of fenders, or, as described by 3M, any surface with an angle greater than 10 degrees from vertical, typically carry a manufacturer’s rating of 2+ years. Vertical surfaces, on the other hand, generally have a life expectancy of 4 to 5 years, with certain films offering durability of 7 to 10 years depending on the product.

Perforated Window Film & View Thru Applications

Any film designed for view-through or perforated window applications is not covered by a warranty. These films have a limited lifespan, typically up to 3 years for certain products. When applied to vehicle windows, it is essential that the windows not be operated, as this may result in peeling or lifting at the edges of the film.

Ceramic Coatings, Waxes, Etc.

Any vehicle that is treated with a protective coating, including but not limited to waxes or ceramic coatings, will void the warranty. These coatings must be removed prior to the installation of any wrap film and must be disclosed to us beforehand.

Realistic expectations From Our Experience

With proper care, regular cleaning, and avoidance of abuse or neglect, most wraps can last approximately five years before experiencing significant fading, cracking, or shrinking. In our experience we have never seen wrap film damage a vehicle’s paint that was OEM paint excluding manufacturers that have had numerous defects from the factory (such as Tesla). If a wrap fails due to the underlying foundation (the paint) failing it is excluded from the warranty.

Temporary Films & Promotional Wraps

Wraps applied to materials with shorter lifespans or used for short-term advertising purposes are not covered by any warranty.

Cleaning Recommendations

  • Allow 1-2 weeks for wrap to set before washing.
  • Test all cleaners on a small inconspicuous area before using on the entire vehicle.
  • Hand washing with car wash soap is the safest method, all manufacturers claim automatic car wash use will void any warranty.
  • Be mindful of seams and edges when cleaning as they can catch and lift.
  • Pressure washing is not recommended as it can lift edges and seams of the vinyl.
  • Avoid parking your wrap in direct sunlight as it will cause it to fade faster.
  • Do not let gasoline spills or bird droppings sit on the wrap as they can degrade the laminate and leave stains.Clean them up as soon as possible.
  • Isopropyl alcohol can be used to spot clean. Rinse with cool water.
  • Do not use these products to clean your wrap:
    • Solvents
    • Oil based cleaners
    • Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaners
    • Oven cleaner
    • Orange Oil
    • Engine Degreaser

If, after cleaning, the wrap looks cracked, faded or yellowed, the wrap may be reaching the end of its life. This usually occurs after 2 year depending on the region the vehicle is in.
